The problem is they can change their mind at a whim and all of a sudden you are on the other side of what they care about.

Not worth the risk, I'd say don't use them.



Can't every company do that at any time though? How is being on the other side of an ethical line different or more risky from being on the other side of a spreadsheet-driven line. One day you're in a green cell and it's all good, the next you're in a red cell and on the other side of what they care about (just green cells).


You're describing literally every organisation you could contribute to.
