You do have a point. The distribution is not uniform and my model needs this correction.

Yet, randomly assigning a port in my (wrong) model is already 16 bit strong. Looks like the reality penalizes it even more than the math.

And yes, you'll still get a number with a few dozen zeroes after the comma of extra entropy.
